This is by far my favourite club for all things grappling! Each class is varied, focussing on Sambo, Judo and BJJ classes so that you will see massive progress whilst getting plenty of variety in your teaching. They're always 20-30 minutes of sparring at the end of each class, improving your fitness, whilst everyone in the club is amiable and welcoming. Glenn has decades of martial arts experience, and it shows - there is nowhere else I would go for any grappling expertise.

I have trained in free-style wrestling at the Shinbudo Grappling club for the last year, and I have been very impressed by the high quality of the coaching, and how good the Mat is. There are intermediate wrestlers and beginner levels too, as well as a few people from other martial arts style occasionally turning up to improve their grappling skills. It's very affordable, and there is an open-mat session on Sundays for those who want some extra practice. The sessions are a fantastic work-out.

This is a great place to train. The coaches are excellent both in their technical ability and coaching style. There also a really positive atmosphere in all the classes.
