The best club I’ve trained at in the Uk. I have also done one to one training with kru Adam. Who is an excellent traditional muay Thai trainer.

I 've been training at gym, and it's been an amazing journey so far. The trainers here are true experts, and their dedication to helping you improve is unmatched. The gym is well-equipped, making it a fantastic training environment. What really stands out is the sense of community – everyone is friendly and supportive. The workouts are intense and rewarding. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, this gym is a knockout choice. Highly recommended!

If you're thinking about getting fit, learning Thai Boxing for self defense, or taking the sport up with the intention of competing, this club has you covered! I started training here in 2006. I went in alone and was instantly made to feel welcome by the coaches and the people training there. I stayed for 5 years training with them and competed, coached by them. I took an extended break due to laziness, kids, and getting injured in another sport. I returned last year to get my 5 and 8 year old boys into the sport, both of them love it. Here they get the discipline that they dont get from football and their other sports, as well as getting fit, making friends and learning to protect themselves. There was never anywhere else I would take them. The guys are still there as a family, their skills, warmth and commitment is still as prominent as it was 10 years ago, and I've subsequently been sucked back in myself and I train there every week. If you're thinking about trying Thai, this is your starting point.
