  really love this gym as well as the instructors and management! I grew up in the area and recently came down to SoCal to visit my parents, I was only going to be here for 6 days and Sektor let me train with the one week free trial. I went to a No Gi jiu jitsu class and also a Wrestling class. Both instructors were fantastic and I especially loved the Friday afternoon wrestling class taught by Shawheen! Everyone at the gym was so friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were very clean. Great training environment and a lot of good partners to pair up with. Apparently their headquarters is in Chino, I didn't get a chance to visit, but the Rowland Heights location was really cool and I had a really good/fun experience :) Would highly recommend training here if you're in town! They have a really big kids program too so if you're looking to send your kids somewhere this would be a great choice

  I had a great experience at Sektor. I reached out to them a few weeks in advance to let them know I was going to be in town and I was interested in visiting their school. They responded immediately and let me know that I was more than welcomed. As the day was getting closer for my visit, I followed up with them and again they were prompt with their response and ensured me I was set to visit. They were very excited to have me check out a class. The people were extremely friendly. Professor Jesse was teaching the 9:00am beginners class on Tuesday and he was a great instructor. They even have cool Jiu Jitsu art on their walls and that was dope to see. If you’re in the area I highly recommend you come in for a class! Thank you once again, Sektor Jiu-Jitsu. I look forward to coming back.

  I recently enrolled my child in Coach Shaween's kids class at Sektor Jiu-Jitsu in Rowland Heights, and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far. Coach Shaween is fantastic with the kids, providing a fun and engaging learning environment that keeps them motivated and excited to come back each week. One of the standout members of the coaching staff is Coach Nicole, who goes above and beyond to ensure that each child is getting the attention and guidance they need to succeed. She is patient, encouraging, and always willing to offer extra help to any student who may be struggling. Her dedication to the kids is truly commendable and has made a positive impact on my child's progress in the class. Overall, Sektor Jiu-Jitsu in Rowland Heights is a top-notch martial arts academy with a strong emphasis on providing quality instruction in a supportive and nurturing environment. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking to enroll their child in a martial arts program. The coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and truly invested in the success and growth of each student. My child looks forward to each class and has gained confidence, discipline, and valuable self-defense skills through their training at Sektor Jiu-Jitsu.

  The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Peter and Jesse are really patient with the kids. Julie at the front desk is also very nice with kids. We love how clean and big the gym is and how we can stay to keep an eye to the kids so closely, we couldn't find something like this in other gyms. The price is also fair and it's great how the kids can stay a little bit after class to play with their partners. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
