Amazing place!! The coaches are encouraging and welcoming to children, the prices are a bit pricey but worth it. This has given my child many great opportunities and the place is always clean and tidy.
My daughter has been attending for almost 2 months now and she loves it. The trainers do an excellent job ensuring their students understand the training and how to implement it.
My daughter has been practicing here since 5 years old and she loves it very much. She's practicing everyday without asking. The coaches here are professional and loving. Especially to the younger kids. The curriculum is designed for beginners. Younger kids will not feel bored and hard and will soon fall in love with martial arts. For those who want to learn martial arts, I highly recommend here.
This academy is absolutely phenomenal. Six years ago, I started taking lessons here with Coach Lu (卢老师) and Coach Nancy (何老师). The two coaches are spectacular in teaching and are able to adapt towards their students, young and old. It fosters an environment of motivation and determination with your peers, and it with the combination of teaching excellence is what makes me rate this studio so highly. Six years have past since I first started, and I am now a continuously-learning black-belt student. I have made many close friends throughout my journey, participated in performances and competitions and grew immensely - both as a student and as a person. Those two-hour sessions now are a highlight of my high school days, and I sincerely recommend anyone and everyone to come for a visit; you, as well, may be entranced into this world of kungfu.
My two children have been practicing kung fu with Advance Martial Arts since kindergarten. The children are more and more enthusiastic about learning. The teachers of Advance Martial Arts are patient, strict and loving. They not only teach martial arts, but also emphasize martial morality. It's reassuring for me that my child is studying with them. Will follow as always. It is believed that the children can also get the exercise of the will while strengthening their body.
Here, the coaches provide a very organized curriculum for newcomers, teaching them not only good fundamentals of martial arts, but also good mannerisms and respect. There is a variety of skills that this school offers, such as Wushu itself, weapon training, kickboxing, Tai Chi, and much more. There is high potential for improvement as a martial artist here because of the opportunities available such as more advanced or specific classes that fall outside of the normal curriculum and letting the students compete in tournaments to test themselves when they feel ready. When the pandemic hit, the coaches were quick to adapt and transition their courses to an online setting, without compromising the quality of their instruction. If you're interested in martial arts in any capacity, I would highly recommend this school and their coaches.
My little one started his fantasy Kong Fu journey here over a year. They are really good at course design, kids build up a solid foundation as well as learning some really cool forms. These absolutely help with kids’s physics development and confidence improvement. Each kid gets individual attention and the whole school works as a family. They also providing amazing online classes during this quarantine time. The course is challenging but full of joy. They shaped my crying baby into a tough little man who is responsible and take care of family and his friends. I definitely recommend this institution to every family!
My son has been learning Wushu in advance martial arts for two years. Instructed by professional coaches, he made a big progress. I must say coach Lu and coach He are the best instructors. They are professional, responsible and patient. They keep teaching students online via zoom during COVID-19, which is more challenging than face to face lessons. I feel so lucky that my son has the opportunity to learn Wushu there.
I visited several kung fu and wushu schools in the area in order to select what I felt would be the best fit for my daughter. After observing several classes at e various schools, I was most impressed by Advanced Martial Arts. Two coaches that taught the kids classes, coach Andy and coach Jarred, really did an outstanding job: patient, friendly, gave clear direction, provided positive support, and demonstrated a high level of skill. I then brought my 8 year old daughter to watch a class to see if she thought she would like it. She was interested. One year later, she is still training there. I can’t say enough good things about the school. Family oriented environment, Professional coaching, Organized class structure, Friendly owners and coaching staff. The facility itself is huge, with everything from punching bags to gymnastics tumbling equipment! They have adapted to the pandemic restrictions, and offer extensive classes online via zoom. Empty handed forms, weapons forms, acrobatics - they offer it all. My daughter has continued her training via the online classes, and has earned several belt rank promotions during this pandemic despite being at home full time! Oh, by the way- the head coach is also a stunt actor and fight choreographer in some of the biggest action movies in Hollywood right now! I would recommend this school to anyone looking for quality instruction in a friendly and professional environment.
One of the best environment to practice in. Carpets (2), restrooms (2), and viewing area are extremely clean and we'll maintained. So are their quipments (weapons, tumbling mats, etc.) Which they clean after every class. All the coaches (6) that teach here are extremely patient, polite, and professional. The thing that stands out about this school from the rest is that the coaches here not only teach the students martial arts but also how to be good people (respect, honesty, discipline, etc.) The coaches here have also produced many world class Wushu athletes competing in both domestic and international competitions. So if you, your child, or your friend is looking to practice some Chinese Martial Arts wether to work out to stay healthy and fit or train to compete at the professional level don't hesitate to come and try out a class (bonus: FREE first class tryouts for kids). They offer Wushu, Shaolin, Taiji, Sanda (Chinese kickboxing), and Wing Chun to all ages at a VERY competitive price.
