  I’ve been with Second Nature for just over a year and have really enjoyed all of the coaching and training on offer. The coaches, Neil and Cal, are first rate and always have time to spare and are happy offer additional support where necessary. There is a great atmosphere to all of the sessions as egos are checked in at the door, making this a friendly space to learn a new skill.

  I had my first beginners session last week at Gracie Barra Northwich, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. I've wanted to start Jiu-Jitsu for some time, but the lack of experience held me back. However, from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel incredibly welcome. The coaches, Neil and Callum, were friendly and accommodating. If you're considering getting into Jiu-Jitsu, I highly recommend them.

  Did my first session at Gracie Barra Wincham tonight. I was made to feel very welcome, the instruction was clear and well delivered and I had a great time. Highly reccomend this gym if you're looking to get into BJJ.

  It's a great place to get into jiu-jitsu. I was made to feel really welcome as a beginner which is what kept me coming back! The sessions are very well structured and top knowledge given from the coaches Neil and Callum. To anyone who wants to get into Jiu-jitsu, highly recommend!
