  This is an excellent gym. Ernest, and all of his coaches are highly knowledgeable, patient, and humble. You will learn self defense, sport jiu jitsu, fundamentals, and high level moves. The gym is kept clean. I highly recommend training here.

  Ernest is super knowledgeable and a great teacher. My two boys 8 and 11 have been taking his classes for about a year and now I my self have started taking classes and really enjoy learning new things

  Enjoy!!! Would you be able to defend yourself and your loved ones if someone were to physically attack you? Ernest does give great tools to defend yourself and loved ones by using Jiu Jitsu- I have been learning so much. Thanks

  Amazing instruction from high level Jiu Jitsu practitioners... classes for all levels of skill including women's and kids classes! Greatest instruction and group of students in the area!
