You would be hard-pressed to find a more professional gym in the world, let alone in Broken Arrow or the Tulsa area! Everything is done with the most care possible, the staff are courteous and professional, they really care about their students, the training is systemized so no matter who you are you can join in and learn and not feel lost or confused. Coach Leo is one of the sports great minds, I would recommend all those who have an interest or have children who want to train, this is the place to go. I can’t rate it highly enough

Forza Combat is by far the best combat gym in Tulsa, whether you’re entry level, experienced, or just wanting to get in better shape… After being a member for years I can whole heartedly say that signing up was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Atmosphere is extremely welcoming and new members won’t feel any pressure whatsoever with their on boarding programs. Gym has members ranging from beginners, to professionals, and even world champion fighters, so no matter what your experience level is… there is a place for you here. Coach Leo and his staff exceeded my expectations.

The Big Gym of Muay Thai and Fitness
I’m from out of town and every time I’m in Oklahoma I come train at Forza. I’m never nervous dropping in because I know everybody is going to treat me like a regular member of the team, it’s southern hospitality on full display. Incredible environment, really helps you fit right in and start learning. They run a very structured schedule, there’s a program for everybody, and it’s all matched to your ability and experience level so you’ll never be lost. I do privates with Koi who is just one of the high level competitors on the team. Leo is the head coach and owner and he maintains a top class culture, competitive but safe, friendly, clean. Nothing is missing. Very unusual to have a gym with WBC champions, IFMA champions, UFC fighters, national, international and world champions at every level under one roof. Oklahoma is richer to have Forza in it. Love my time here!!

Forza Combat Sports and Fitness is by far the best gym around! Whether you are just starting out, have years of experience, Or if your goal is to learn self-defense, you will love this place! We’ve only been here few months and so far my kids has grown so much skills and knowledge! thanks to the hard work and effort all the coaches has put into everyone. I attended Forza for over a year and a half, and it is easily the cleanest and nicest gym I’ve ever been in. In addition, the head coach really knows his stuff, and all of the people are very friendly and willing to help. Overall just a great place to go, I’d recommend that anyone take advantage of the 2 week trial to get a good feel for the place. It’s great!

At the very least, take the two week trial for 60 bucks- just to get a taste of what you don’t know. Coach Leo knows his stuff. He’s growing a crew of competent, respectful fighters. Put in the sweat, listen to the knowledge, change your body and mind.

It can be a little intimidating walking in to a combat sports gym, especially one that has so many high level fighters. Coach Leo makes everyone feel right at home even if they don't have any experience or if they're there to get fit instead of compete. It's a fantastic gym for anyone looking for fitness, fighting, or self defense.

I am blown away by the professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge and the equipment at Forza. I’ve trained at many gyms over the years and have very seldom came across a gym that is equipped as well as this gym is, both in staffing and the equipment. Cage, ring, bags, gloves, are all top notch and upkept. Leos got so much knowledge to share and makes sure to take the time to help out individuals with small things that can better their workout/training. Class structures great and the gym is spotless. I have personally dealt with Leo in the past and am proud to see he’s having such success in OK. I guarantee there’s not a gym around that stacks up to Forza.

I have been to a few other gyms in Tulsa and none outclasses the way Forza demonstrates the levels of Muay Thai and Mma! Coach Leo Perrucci is very helpful, detailed and enlightening during training sessions from pad work, bag work, drills and even conditioning. The gym is gorgeous and always clean for fighters and beginners who want to train to go to.
