As a senior female, I love the Saturday morning boot camp. There is no ageism here. The class is supportive and Jonny will modify the exercise for you when needed. I am gaining strength and balance in this class. Love this class and gym.
My home gym!! great people and great coaches I fight out of this gym and I couldn’t recommend it enough weather you’re a beginner or an experienced fighter there is room for you to come in and get better💪🏼 and we offer such a wide range of classes not only for you but for your kids as well! You don’t wanna punch or kick anything or roll on a mat? Thats okay! we have bootcamp classes and yoga for those who just want to work out in a welcoming encouraging atmosphere!
This gym is wonderful and family friendly! Our whole family enjoys training here, including our 3 boys. The instructors are wonderful no matter what classes you are taking. Highly recommend this gym for any age!

These guys are the most supportive instructors one could ask for! Very friendly practitioners and very clean equipment ^.^ not one class were they aren't circling around looking for those that need help and providing it
Clean gym with excellent instructors and atmosphere. Everyone is very inviting and supportive. Good mix of styles and techniques to learn a variety of disciplines.
Carson is an excellent gym with top class technical instruction. It is a highly professional environment suitable for both hobbyist and competitors alike.
I have been training at CFF for about a year and a half and it has been an all around great experience. I have trained at several gyms around Tulsa and had good experiences at all of them but CFF is now my home. The instructors are all top notch and care about the students. You can find it all at this gym from a kids program, to a women only class, boot camp to Muay Thai to high level jiu jitsu taught by instructors who have competed at the highest levels in the sport. You can find brand new guys on the mat alongside straight up savages but everyone is helping each other. Whatever level you want to train at you can find it here. Finally, this is the cleanest gym I have ever trained at and as a borderline neat freak I appreciate that. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Very clean and well maintained facility, Jonny and the other instructors are literally world class at what they do- yet somehow still relatable and welcoming to the average Joe. Whether your goal is to be a competitive fighter/grappler, learn basic self defense, or burn a ton of calories while having a good time- you can’t go wrong with CFF. Come join us!
Been going to the Muay Thai classes for a month or so now first time doing any fighting and was nervous at first but the classes they offer are very engaging great coaches. Highly recommend for newcomers seeking a patient and supportive atmosphere. The coaches are patience and kind towards beginners.
I love this place. Not my first but I have been here the longest. Theres something for everyone of any age.

The instructors are great and have built a good community. Well-rounded gym. You can get a very good workout, learn self-defense, and prepare for competitions, all in the same classes. The Muay Thai sparring is not too intense (as in no one is trying to knock anyone out), and focused mostly on technique, speed, and conditioning. The jiujitsu rolls are a great HIIT workout. Beginner, intermediate, or advanced, there’s something for everyone. Also these are the cleanest mats I’ve ever been on! Thoroughly cleaned after every session. Very hygienic gym.
