Very nice gym and excellent value with excellent coaches and friendly people I would recommend this highly for most martial arts covered in weekly classes.
Friendly atmosphere well equipped very good coaches
Best Gym in the north east Great atmosphere and great coaches!
I have a general dislike of people, but this place restores my faith in humanity. You are accepted and respected as an individual, ego is left at the door and the team/family vibe is comforting. If you want the hard, high level training it's there with high level of skilled competitors. If you want to train its there. If you want support in life its there.
Fantastic gym, great team. Come and pay them a visit!
Great place good friendly atmosphere great coaches.
