    Awesome atmosphere and fellow practitioner, great coach with skills and patient. Gym upstair is also good for weekend training. Had lots of great time here and highly recommended.

    Great place, really friendly atmosphere, great not matter what shape you are in. Age is just an number. Build confidence. Kickboxing, boxing bjj, mma just an few things they do. Well not be disappointed at all.
