What a fantastic experience! I just dropped in for an open gym during the holidays and ended up rolling for 3hrs with some of the nicest training partners you could have. Great vibe. Great skills. Great place🤙

I have been training BJJ for well over a year, and I have to say that this gym is truly amazing. From the very first day I stepped in there, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The coaching staff is very professional and respectful and their attention to detail is second to none. Every class is well structured and really enjoyable. The best thing is the community here, all the members are really encouraging and supportive!

PRIMAL BIOMECHANICS - Will Mondo
Me an my partner have trained at so many gyms these past few years as our jobs require us to travel, but after just a month of training with RGA Marlow I have to honestly say its my favourite gym ever. They truly welcomed us with real enthusiasm and open arms, the techniques were taught in a way that just stuck, there was no gym politics or cliches, they did proper warm ups preventing more injuries and the people training there were awesome. The coaching staff were especially amazing, awe inspiring skill levels, great interpersonal skills, and excellent attention to the individual when they have large classes of people. I couldn't recommend them more, well done Genesis team.

Great club. Been to many clubs. Honestly best one hands down. Well organised. Quick replies on any issues via email/telephone. Has a reception and an app. Great coaches with patience, excellent communication skills and great coaching ability. Best gym I've ever been to. All the coaches are great with new beginners making you feel welcome as soon as you step in. Thank you for welcoming me.

Great academy. All the instructors are top notch and they offer a wide range of classes for adults and kids. Really enjoy training BJJ there, Chris is a great coach and Paul the owner is incredibly passionate about running a proper martial arts club.
