    I started going to RMNU knowing absolutely nothing about Jiu-Jitsu or Judo. That was nearly 4 years ago and I continue to train regularly. Every member here is down to earth, helpful, and everyone wants to have fun while learning the sport. I started this journey when I was approaching 40 years old, I am not competitive, and have no desire to compete. I like the coach/community, the intense cardio workout, and the challenge of learning this sport. Stop in and give it a try. You may get addicted as well.

    Started going here about 4 months ago, was very nervous about trying something new. Sensei Woody was able to make me feel comfortable and is a great teacher. I highly recommend coming to try a jiu jitsu class! Great times with great people!

    A friendly judo and jiu jitsu school. Professor Woody has focused training each week that makes it fun for both beginners and senior students. The kids class is taught by Bella, young senior student. This class too stress fun and learning.

    Professor Woody is the best. He is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Judo. Definitely a rare find. I highly recommend.

    This is a great place for kids to get moving and stay fit! My daughter has been going for over 7 years and has transitioned to adult classes, which also keep her active and healthy. Everyone should check it out!
