  Started going here about 4 months ago, was very nervous about trying something new. Sensei Woody was able to make me feel comfortable and is a great teacher. I highly recommend coming to try a jiu jitsu class! Great times with great people!

  I started going to RMNU knowing absolutely nothing about Jiu-Jitsu or Judo. That was nearly 4 years ago and I continue to train regularly. Every member here is down to earth, helpful, and everyone wants to have fun while learning the sport. I started this journey when I was approaching 40 years old, I am not competitive, and have no desire to compete. I like the coach/community, the intense cardio workout, and the challenge of learning this sport. Stop in and give it a try. You may get addicted as well.

  My kids (6 and 9 years old) love going here for Judo classes! It gives them a great workout and they enjoy the physical activities with the other students. The instructors are very welcoming and there’s a teenage girl who helps teach the younger kids who’s very patient. I’d highly recommend RMNU in Rockton.

  The instructors are great! My boys have been coming to this gym for six months now, and we love the classes and instructors. They are learning self defense, discipline, and the first levels of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
