  Been here 4 weeks now.just turned 55 and wanted to do something about getting in shape and learning new skills.got there on the first night and almost went home immediately.felt overwhelmed when i saw how fit everyone was but i bit the bullet and went it and im so glad i did.Gav the instructor is so patient with me and explains things really well and the guys are all great and helpful as well.theres no egos,nobody looking down at me,and the vibe is great as well.if anybody is thinking about joining all i can say is go for it.im glad i did!

  Always wanted to take up boxing. With someone like me with no previous experience, Rivals gym East Kilbride is the perfect place for beginners and pros alike. Friendly, disiplined and professional. Be prepared to push yourself beyond the limits where champions train champions.

  Genuily one of the best things to happen to me made me more confident made new freinds learn to fight just generally a good place worth it absolutely 💯 👌 Their facilities are amazing aswell very spacious and good love it 👍 The coaches are great aswell their kind motivating and are litterally there to help Genuinely the icing to the cake on some days when I feel down it gets ur motivation up after every session you also feel better with more self worth Did I also mention helped me tackle bullying? Yh this place helped me up so much in my lowest I wanna continue and stay and maybe one day I can become a coach maybe one day but for now I've got a long way to go 💪😅 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - subhan

  2nd night at rivals! Such a welcoming experience ive had! I really cant wait to progress here! Ive never done nothing like this in my life and at 29 i never dreamed of starting but here we are! Thank you for a great first week!

  My daughter is attending classes, so far communication and explanation of everything had been 5* Club is a great for kids to grow and learn displine and repect while having an acive time! Being on the spectrum my daughter often mis understood and has been asked not back to to musical class! As she liable disruptive! Most children with adhd- labeled the same but all welcomed here at rivals!! And with right guidance can thrive in certain environments!
