The instruction is methodical and purposeful, and never gets outdated. When the science updates, so too does the instruction. You get far more learning time than typical gyms, with enough roll time to still get gassed. If you want more rolls, there are usually a couple people that will stay after for extra rounds, and there are open mat times that are usually full of great partners. Beginners don't get thrown to the wolves, and everybody knows to keep each other safe. The attitude, pace, and quality of instruction is great for one and all.
Jeff is a great martial arts instructor
Amazing experience here. Jeff certainly has a knack for teaching and leading. Gives kids good direct attention and direction on a personal level. And teaches adults with the perfect amount of instruction. We're certainly glad to be involved here. Jeff has found his life calling and is good at it !
Great place to train!
Super knowledgeable and reliable. During covid there were classes where there were 2 or 3 people and he was always there. I've stopped and started a few times and there was never any anxiety he always acted like he was seeing an old friend.
Great place to learn from beginners to Experienced young or old you won’t regret when training martial arts here.
Had a great time here. The head instructor is a true martial artist. He doesn't only do one martial art but quite a few and has a legit background in them. If you're looking for a place to train multiple styles for a great price look no further.

Inside is Yarger Fencing Academy. Great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and very helpful. Instructor is knowledgeable and even takes time after class to answer any questions you might have.
I've been to a few different places in the area to work out. These guys are very friendly. They are serious about not getting anyone hurt. Everyone I've met has a positive attitude. They offer a wide variety of things to train in and a very varied schedule. Give them a try
