I've been at Rise & Shine Gym for almost two years now, and I have to give Roman a huge compliment. Great facilities and a fantastic team of experienced coaches. It's fun to train here.

As a complete newbie with no prior martial arts experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend Rise and Shine Gym. A well-maintained gym with super-intensive workouts for everyone. Anyone who wants to get a taste of martial arts is welcome and in good hands here. The group dynamic is great, and everyone is very respectful. Keep it up :)
