Looking for BJJ Turniere in der Schweiz or a compétition JJB en Suisse? This page lists upcoming BJJ competitions across Switzerland. In the German-speaking north, Zurich hosts the most events, with Wallisellen, Urdorf, Udligenswil and Pfyn also on the calendar. In French-speaking Switzerland, Geneva is the main hub and Morges hosts regular events, while Bern also appears.
Grappling Industries Geneva is the most frequent recurring tournament. Other regular fixtures include the Zürich BJJ Autumn Open Gi and No-Gi, the ADCC Suisse Open, ApexZone Grappling Zurich, the Rigi Open, Cash Money Grappling and the NAGA Switzerland Grappling Championship. Younger competitors have the Züri Kids Cup. Organisers include the Swiss Brazilian Jiu Jitsu National Federation (SBJJNF), the EJIU League, ADCC Suisse Federation and the Carlson Gracie Open.
Gi and No-Gi divisions are offered in similar numbers, and around a quarter of events include an absolute division. Kids divisions are less common, appearing at roughly one in eight events. Rulesets vary between organisers, with ADCC and IBJJF rules both in use, and round robin brackets appear at some events. November and September are the busiest months, followed by June, March and April.
