I strongly recommend that potential customers think twice before doing business with TKBC. My experience, unfortunately, aligns exactly with what other reviewers have described. TKBC relies on an automatic subscription renewal model that is not "clearly" disclosed at the time of purchase, particularly when enrolling children for short-term or “trial” programs. What appears to be a limited-duration subscription quietly converts into an ongoing financial obligation unless you cancel well in advance—something that is neither obvious nor emphasized. Once the renewal occurs, the experience becomes extremely unpleasant. Instead of transparent communication or reasonable customer support, I encountered persistent pressure to pay, paired with avoidance and silence when I attempted to resolve the issue. Phone calls repeatedly resulted in “not in the office, call next week,” only for the same excuse to be repeated again and again. Emails went unanswered. This pattern does not feel accidental. It feels like a deliberate business process designed to wear customers down until they give up and pay. I have no issue with companies charging fairly for services that are clearly explained. I do have an issue with: - Automatic renewals that are not made explicit (written and verbally) at signup - Trial-style programs that quietly turn into long-term commitments - Customer service that becomes unreachable once payment is disputed This kind of approach may have worked decades ago, but in modern times it comes across as shady, hostile, and deeply disrespectful to customers. If you value transparency, ethical business practices, and responsive communication—"stay away". There are plenty of alternatives that do not rely on confusion and persistence to extract payment. — A former customer

TKBC uses a classic auto-renewal trap. What looks like a short-term or trial subscription quietly renews unless you cancel far in advance—something they do not make clear at signup. Once they have you, they don’t let go. If you try to resolve it, expect evasions and silence. Calls are met with “not in the office, call next week” on repeat. Emails go unanswered. Meanwhile, they keep pushing for payment. This does not feel like an accident or poor organization—it feels intentional. Confuse customers, lock them into renewals, then exhaust them until they pay. Unfriendly, unresponsive, and unethical business practices. Stay away.

!!Trap…be very careful!! This business still use the old trap (use by gyms in the past) where subscription is automatically extended is you don’t cancel 1 month before the subscription expires; Afterwards you will be harassed like there is no tomorrow…Main issue is that they don’t explain anything about the automatic subscription renewal when for example you get a 6 month subscription for children to test if they like the sport. Very shady way of doing business in modern times…Stay away

Stay far away from this place as they are incredibly shady. They have been harassing me and charging me for a subscription I did not sign up for nor use. Do not make the mistake of going near this money trap! Consumer please protect yourself from this place, you will regret later.
