Excellent facility for training. Richie is a brilliant coach for all levels and makes training good fun and brings a great sense of humour to the mat.

Great friendly training environment, as a beginner to MMA I signed up via Train Alta going 5 mornings per week. It's honestly been the best decision I've made in a long time. I recommend anybody, of any age, or fitness just turn up! Richie is a great coach: you won't regret it.

An amazing place to train, Richie himself is a great coach 1/1 when it comes to standard, aswell as some other great coaches that do classes. the facilities are the best I've ever been in with two big mat paces and a cage which is literally perfect for MMA The people are very welcoming and great to be around, the best gym I've ever been to. 👌🏻

Ritchie is one of the best MMA coaches I have ever trained with. Great atmosphere, high level training, to have this type of training in the wicklow/wexford area is a gift! Highly recommend for all levels and ages!
