  Lance is very good at giving instruction to young children and resolving issues. From teaching the basics of Jiu Jitsu moves to dealing with the inevitable crying child, Lance does it all well. He keeps it fun and exciting while maintaining discipline so every child can learn. He even has extra coaches so every child gets individual attention.

  Lance at Revive Jiu Jitsu does an amazing job with the kids in class. My son loves going every week and really enjoys time in class with the other kids learning from Lance. Great spot if you are looking to have your kids learn a new sport and lifelong skills. Highly recommend!

  What a genuine treasure the Revive Jiu-Jitsu Academy is and what a pleasure it is to have our child be a part of something so wonderful. We first thought about enrolling our 10-year-old when Revive opened but we simply let life get in the way. Looking back, we wish we would have enrolled the very first day we found the Revive Academy. What we appreciate the most about Revive is that students’ enjoyment learning the principals and techniques of Jiu-Jitsu together in a relaxed, fun, and respectful setting is palpable across all age groups. The classes are taught in a supportive setting with a perpetual focus on being respectful, disciplined, confident, and informed. The environment is stellar, which is made possible by the highly skilled and excellent instruction they receive and by the outstanding manner in which the principles and techniques are delivered. Students encourage and learn from each other and look forward to seeing each other progress. Lance is the owner and primary instructor at the Revive Jiu-Jitsu Academy. Since meeting Lance, he has proven to be very genuine, peaceful, patient, generous, and tolerant both in his instruction of Jiu-Jitsu and as a person. If you are considering learning Jiu-Jitsu, we cannot recommend the Revive Jiu-Jitsu Academy strongly enough. After witnessing just one class you will see the true passion for teaching all age groups and the sincere pleasure received in the growth of each student.
