  My kids absolutely love this place, out of dance soccer softball even kayaking and trail hiking, they would rather be at resolution training with Mrs Paige and vishva mrs kristi and Ashton!!! it’s all they’ve talked about since joinin! I am amazed at how much they love this gym!!!

  Great, safe training environment for kids and adults. Plenty of mat space for everyone to train. I love the variety of classes offered and more coming soon.

  Such a great gym for the kids. Builds their confidence and teaches them self defense! Paige, Vishva,and the rest of those who lead/teach the kids are great! I would definitely recommend Resolution Jiu Jitsu and Fitness!

  I know only good things about this place , positive vibes! I have witnessed positive encouragement to each kid or adult that go to seek fun, fitness and a chance to feel good about themselves. Paige and the others that assist her in this endeavor of life in a world of negativity and uncertainty about our nation only strive to help others achieve their goals! Do not hesitate to try something different, new and exciting no matter your age or health, Paige and the Resolution team will always welcome you in!

  My kids really love going to the gym! It’s a great way for kids to release energy, learn self defense and boost confidence. I’ve seen so many benefits come from getting my kids involved with this gym.
