  I trained here for five weeks while I was away from home. I can’t say enough positive things about the fun atmosphere and great people. I was accepted immediately and loved the training. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out for yourself. I will definitely be back for more training in the future.

  If you’re in Tallahassee, you have to be here. Shane is a true martial artist and an amazing human being. He cares genuinely about his students do yourself a favor and come try a class you will not regret it!

  I had the pleasure of training at Black Tie Martial Arts with Shane Weinischke this weekend. The gym was clean, the atmosphere was great, and I got plenty of great rolls there. I felt welcomed into the gym and it honestly felt like I was at my home gym. The quality of the rolls were great, as I could tell there was a lot of experienced grapplers in the gym eager to train hard and better themselves. I never felt treated as just a guest, but more like I was treated as a life long member. This is a great gym for those that are looking to train hard and intentional. If I lived in Tallahassee there would be no doubt I would train here. Shane Weinischke is a class act and his students were a mirror image of his character.

  Very clean environment, shane the instructor is a very cool guy. He’s very good at finding what you’re doing wrong and fixing it. Great atmosphere!

  Dropped in while traveling for work and nothing but positive things to say. Prior to my drop in, the email exchange with Coach Shane was really helpful. He definitely understands the "customer service" side of the business. The training was fast paced, interesting, and fun. Great way to move around a bit after a day of traveling. Hope to get back some day. If you are looking for a school, you should 100% check it out.
