My son has been here for just a couple weeks . He is enjoying it, I just sat here and watched practice without him knowing , they are so attentive. I saw lots of instruction, but also lots of smiles and laughs. I see my kids heart and desire coming back . This mama’s heart is happy
Posted 8 months agoI serve as the director of Sisterhood for Chi Omega sorority at Florida State. We did a self defense class through Logan's martial arts academy for our sorority and had the best experience. The information was real and eye opening, and the techniques we were taught were very useful. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, accommodating, and encouraging. Bill Logan the owner provided excellent customer service and helped us put on a very successful event. I have nothing but good things to say about Logan's- they are the best of the best!

After being involved with several martial arts schools over the past 30 years, I can truly say that Bill Logan and his instructors are the best. Bill teaches real-world self defense and his students earn every belt. The dojo is well stocked with well-maintained equipment and the student-to-teacher ratio is such that every student gets the attention they need. Bill is professional yet genuinely friendly and approachable. Look no further if you want honest self-defense and fighting skills taught by instructors who really care.
Posted 5 years agoIn the early 2000's, I had the privilege of studying and training with Bill Logan. In the three decades that I have seriously practiced martial arts, I have not encountered an instructor that was more engaged, motivated, or sincere in their dedication to the development of their students than Mr. Logan. He has long sought a deep understanding and effective expression of the martial arts. For many years, he has committed himself to providing an effective training regimen within a sustainable, respectful, and collegial learning environment for his students. He is an excellent teacher of an effective and complete martial arts system. I strongly recommend him, the martial arts system he teaches, and the school he leads.
Posted 5 years agoThe only thing I can say is how much I love this place. I learned so much during the 3 years I attended Logan's. The instructors were nice, helpful and treated everyone like family. I've since moved from Tallahassee but I've gotten so many compliments about my skill level where I work out now. Logan's is the real deal and I recommend it to anyone looking to get into shape, learn skills & techniques, and have a great time. I truly miss it :)
