  I came here for a visit, due to a friend of mine recommending me and is a brown belt here. I have been practicing BJJ for over 14 years and recommend this is a good academy. The instruction here is clear, well explained and taught with patience. I had a lot of fun rolling here, though it was tough from the caliber of the students that are produced here. If I live around the Valley or anywhere in the South Hill area, I train here in a heartbeat and highly recommend you train here. I normally don't give big props to just any random BJJ school, but this place is 5 stars.

  My son absolutely loves this gym! The coaches are fantastic – patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the kids’ growth. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which makes it such a welcoming space. It’s the perfect balance of learning, discipline, and fun. You can really see the confidence and skills my son is building here. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a positive and supportive gym environment!

  💯 recommend this place. My 5 year old started his Jiu jitsu here. Coach Elizabeth was incredible. She is very respectful and patient with kids. If you are looking to start your BJJ journey, this place will not disappoint you. Coach Charlotte was very nice. Her and coach Elizabeth are both welcoming! We’ll miss them and if ever we come back to Spokane again, for sure we’ll re-enroll my kid here again.

  I cannot say enough good things about this place. My son has been wanting to get into some type of martial arts and I found this place to try for a free class. Right away the kids made him feel welcomed, the instructors are phenomenal. The flexibility with the classes are a huge bonus. Highly recommend for any age kids.

  My son struggles social anxiety, he is currently homeschooled. The homeschooling program has been an awesome step into the world of jujitsu. The instructors are very diligent about structure but, do such a great job with the kids. They run a really great program from all that I’ve seen!
