My son’s progress here has honestly surprised me. The biggest reason is the coach. He genuinely cares about each kid, stays calm and positive, and somehow gets a room full of energetic children to actually listen and focus. The sessions are well structured too, with real instruction and drilling mixed in with enough fun that the kids never lose interest. Since my son started, I’ve noticed him carrying himself with more confidence, and his coordination and discipline have come a long way. If you’re a parent weighing your options, this is an easy one to recommend.

John and all the instructors do a fantastic job teaching the kids! They do a fantastic job between skills and fun. Highly recommend if anyone is looking to get their kid into the sport. Our child loves coming!

My son has been going to jiu-jitsu classes here, and we’re really happy with it. The coach is very attentive to the kids, patient, kind, and always able to keep them focused. I like how the class is balanced: they learn proper techniques, practice, and also have a bit of playtime, which keeps it fun. I can see real progress in my son’s confidence and skills. He absolutely loves these classes and always looks forward to them. The atmosphere feels safe, friendly, and welcoming. We’re very glad we found this place and would definitely recommend it to other parents.

Coach John and his team are incredible. Not only do they teach Jiu-Jitsu exceptionally well, but they also focus on helping the kids grow into respectful, disciplined and confident individuals outside the gym. Both of my kids started almost a year ago at ages 4 and 6, and the improvement we’ve seen has been tremendous. I highly recommend this place, they instill hard work, discipline, focus, and most importantly, they make learning fun. Many thanks to John and the entire team. We’re looking forward to many more years of fun and learning for Zack and Yuna. It’s already been quite a journey for both of them.

I wanted to share our experience so other parents can make an informed decision. My son attended classes here and unfortunately developed warts after training, which we later learned can spread through skin contact and shared mats if strict hygiene practices aren't followed. While I understand this can sometimes happen in contact sports, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness standards and the lack of communication about prevention (such as mat sanitation, encouraging proper foot protection, or advising parents what to watch for). I have also spoken to another parent whose child no longer attends who mentioned they experienced a similar issue, which makes me feel this may be something the gym should address more proactively. I also want to mention that while there are no refunds for missed or cancelled classes, they do allow a make-up class on another day. Unfortunately, those alternative times did not work with our schedule, so we weren't able to take advantage of that option. That said, the head coach is very knowledgeable and a good instructor, and the other coaches we interacted with were very kind and respectful. The training itself seemed well structured. I just believe hygiene communication and the attendance policy could be improved. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because safety and hygiene should always be a priority, especially when kids are involved.
