Boxing ring, MMA cage, padded walls, heavy bags, water bags. If your looking to learn or develope new skills in boxing, kickboxing, some ground survival techniques, MMA or some great physical condition, check them out. Very family friendly, the people there are cool with no bullcrap egos. Individual plans, family plans, kids program, teenage program, abult and quite a few seniors citizens train there as well and great pricing.
