  This is an excellent gym with very skilled coaches and training partners. The owners Manny and Katie are passionate about jiu-jitsu, and they've created an awesome environment for all skill levels. I would highly recommend training here if you live in the area or if you are visiting from out of town.

  Excellent women's only class, where women can feel comfortable while learning self defense. The atmosphere is welcoming and feels like family. Fun place to train, make friends, feel supported and safe!

  This is a wonderful sanctuary of community and learning. Their mat hygiene is good (Always shoes off the mat, no shoes on the mat).The traditional gi curriculum is great and it’s cool to watch how well the people that compete do. My kids train here. You get exercise, community and the ability to practice an art. Win win win.
