  If you are in the West Sacramento area I highly recommend Buena Vida Jiu Jitsu Academy!!! Kolo the main instructor does a great job of making sure all of the students understand the fine details. The vibe of the Academy is very chill! Come train with us!!

  Flew into Sacramento to PR for American Grappling Federation and Buena Vida was the first gym I went to! The Kolo welcomed me in and was super friendly. I had a great time there and I hope to see them around more in the BJJ scene.

  Such a beautiful academy!! It’s clean and professional! The jiu jitsu is badass and super technically sound with amazing instruction by Kolo👊 if you live in the West Sac area and are looking to learn some live saving/ anti bullying skills the right way for you ladies or your kids this is definitely your place!! Plus it’s so welcoming for us moms who have to have time off the mat for the little ones, as there’s a nice hang out area! We love training here❤️❤️

  Great place to train, it's only been the second day and Kolo has been warm and welcoming. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to train and learn in a warm friendly environment. This is a great gym that I am looking forward to train more in the future.
