I tried to start Muay Thai in January of 2024 but ultimately had an unrelated injury prevent me from continuing. After months and months of PT, I finally gave up on returning and went in to cancel in October 2024. Not only did Jennifer and Kru Rad remember me despite only having met me a handful of times, they offered to put a pause on my membership until I was able to come back. And come back I did. I have now been training with Kru Rad for 2.5 months and I can only echo what others have said here. Whether it be Kru Rad himself or other students, this gym is a place to humble yourself and learn. The difference I've seen in myself in these short 10 weeks has been remarkable. No matter your background or starting skill level, it's made clear that if you have a desire to grow then you have a home in this gym. Anyone who wants to learn can learn, and you have the advantage of training with someone more experienced than you every day. I have also noticed that Kru Rad has many relationships with other gyms across the metro area which can only ever be a positive in my opinion. If I recall correctly, the gym has hosted women's only sparring in the past with it being open to women from all of the other gyms. Obviously not something I would be able to participate in, but it goes to show how community is a focal point of the gym. Lastly, to add in some things that have personally made this gym feel like home to me: - A couple people seem to train all day, every day. I'm not entirely convinced they don't live inside of the gym, but jokes aside, seeing that kind of dedication to the gym from those who have been there longest says very positive things about it as a whole. - Kru Rad makes an effort to know you and he's very personable and easy going (this does not mean he tolerates disrespect or carelessness, however). I struggle with talking to new people and his friendliness goes a long way to encouraging that kind of environment as a whole. - The gym has a key focus on discipline, humility, and respect, which I think has helped keep the right people around from what I've seen so far. - If someone is inside the gym then you, also, can be inside the gym. I like to sometimes show up 30-60 minutes early to the first class of the day to work on some of the things I need to work on and I don't think I've ever seen someone not already at the gym when I've arrived. - People at the gym encourage and support hard work and recognize that we all can learn from each other. I can't count how many times I've been asked if I was staying for a second class, to the point that being able to stay for multiple classes became a training goal of mine. - Kru Rad has a well-defined training philosophy and he tells you exactly why we're doing things in a certain way. That consistency adds value to the gym because it allows you to set more informed goals for yourself as well as more effectively work with others who are training with you. - If you want to fight, Kru Rad will help you do so. If you don't want to fight or even spar, that's more than fine as well. Essentially, this gym is what you make of it if you're willing to put in the work.
Posted 1 year agoTruly amazing place I’m newer there and younger than most, but I get treated with the upmost respect and patience. Rad is a great teacher and always has a lesson. It’s absolutely worth it to try out a class. They had help me get through a past trauma from a former martial arts. So if you want to get into it for the first time or return to it this is the place.
Amazing place to train with a super welcoming vibe! The coaches are passionate, patient, and truly care about helping you improve — whether you’re brand new or experienced. Every class is challenging, fun, and packed with valuable techniques. Highly recommend for anyone serious about learning Muay Thai or just looking for a great community to train with.
This is the best place to go for muay thai and brazilian jiu jitsu. The gym/school has the best enviornment. Jennifer and Rad are amazing individuals. There's a lot of love and dedication, not to mention a wonderful community. I do the one on one trainings as well and they're phenomenal. I can't recommend this place enough and I'm glad to be apart of it. It makes a huge difference.
There is a great sense of community, family, & belonging at Rad Muay Thai. The school has a strong martial arts culture/feel which is great for all ages and skill levels. I feel lucky to have found this school to continue my martial arts journey.
I’ve attended 4 Muay Thai classes so far. Signing up was the best decision. Kru Rad is very experienced and push you to your limits. Respectful and friendly fighters/community, everyone is helpful in your combat sports journey. Highly recommended!
It’s been a year and half since I started training with Coach Rad. His teaching style makes it easy for everyone to understand Muay Thai. He encourages you to reach your full potential while emphasizing the importance of technique. The vibe of this place is so welcoming for both beginners and advanced practitioners alike. My classmates are very supportive as well. I highly recommend it—it’s my happy place!

A passionate school that not only teaches you how to fight, but it will teaches you about life as well. Kru Rad, is a very fun teacher, but also stern. The class WILL teach you Muay Thai, from the punches and kicks, to the gritty clinch fighting. I would recommend this place with a 5 stars!
This place is amazing! Brought my 15-year-old son, and they took him immediately and made him feel like family. They are very respectful, hard working, accommodating, and encouraging!! In this day & age, for a young man to have a group of people that challenge & hold each other accountable is priceless!! He is now more confident! So happy we found this place!
Honestly the best Muay Thai gym in Colorado thanks Kru Rad for all the time I was training there, thanks for everything.
My kid has been training here for a few years and we couldn't be happier!!
Kru Rad and everyone at Rad facility are exceptional. If you’re in the Aurora area this is a school to definitely check out. A very welcoming and passionate environment.
Can’t say enough great things about RMT, Krufessor Rad, Jennifer and the community. Top notch training by Krufessor Rad. Knowledgeable, passionate and an awesome environment of martial arts athletes.
It’s amazing I just wish u could work 6x a week instead of only four😔

Started with Professor Rad about a year and a half ago with no martial arts background! Has taken the time to coach me not only in the sport but also personally as well. Amazing atmosphere with an even better group! We have fun but don’t get it mistaken, we work! 💪🏽
I’ve been going here for a few years now and it’s the best martial arts experiences I’ve had! Excellent community, excellent coaches, excellent atmosphere. I definitely feel like I’m being pushed and learning new skills every time I visit. I definitely recommend it.
Met the head coach at a tournament out in Colorado. He was nice enough to fill in for my corner! Super nice guy. Very clear and precise. Easy to follow instructions. I’m definitely making his gym a must go to next time I’m in CO.
Amazing team and instructors. They are patient with students. The passion is through the roof during training!
The best muay thai
I had the opportunity to get in a workout with a close friend that's a member here, I definitely enjoyed the experience. The workout was informative and high intensity pushing me to my limit. There was a moment when I felt burnt out and the members helped me push through. I would recommend giving the gym a try if overcoming personal mental limit is of interest. Thanks for having me.
I've been training at RMT Fitness for about 1 year and a half all I can say is I LOVE IT! I truly recommend RMT Fitness to anyone interested in martial arts and or getting in shape. There's Strengthening and conditioning, kick boxing, and my two favorite Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Coaches are super friendly as so are the students, very motivational. There's no judgement so you don't have to be embarrassed, I've never trained at a more welcoming and friendlier environment than RMT!
First time tonight - great conditioning and definitely felt a different area of my brain working overtime with punch combos, haha! Everyone was so nice, instructors and members alike. 5 stars!

It is so wonderful. Nothing ,but great energy and al, that good stuff.
My son and boyfriend both attend RMT and love it. All of the instructors are fantastic. They command respect but also are a wealth of support and positivity. My little boy is learning self discipline but with plenty of smiles and fun as well. Recommended! Definitely a family feel.
Best place to practice MMA in town by far.
This gym comes with more than just a great workout & fantastic instructors, we are a family, we care about each others health and personal growth. This gym brings the true holistic package of just being a better person in this thing called life. Highly recommend to those that are looking for something much more than working out and punching faces.
Best people, best instructor, great gym!
Love this place the atmosphere is so great feels like family
I love, this place. I do a yoga class on Saturday mornings and follow up with a strength and conditioning class and I love every moment of it. Rad is positive and always pushes me to push a little harder or focus a little more. I have seen a huge change in my body and the support keeps me coming back :)
I go to RAD Saturday Boot Camp. Rad (that's the owner's name, too) works with all fitness levels. I really appreciate him because he is serious about fitness, yet willing to work with out-of-shape beginners like me.
