I started my Journey 3 1/2 years ago. This gym has shown me what it’s like to put myself out there and go for what I want. The members were friendly since day one. Having some of these new found relationships spill outside the gym for causal hangouts and celebrations of each other. Great place to call home.
Posted 1 year agoWent to an Open Mat session the other day. The younger members were very welcoming of an old guy as I'm 61 years old. They took time to work with me as well as go live but at a very safe pace.

No one ever made me feel like I didn’t belong, and I found a community of the realest people and lifelong friends. The coaching is next level: you get to learn from the best in the world, and train with some of the best in the world. There is real ambition to be found here.
Posted 1 year agoAmazing gym all around. They have everything you could want: BJJ, MMA, kickboxing, wrestling, fitness center, a kids program, and leveled classes for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
