Really enjoyed the Muay Thai beginners class! The instructor was friendly, patient and really helpful, making it easy to follow even as a complete beginner. Great atmosphere, good workout and I definitely left wanting to come back. Would highly recommend!
Not going to lie as a girl the thought of walking into boxing gym was a bit intimidating, but I a SO glad I did!!!! first started training with the boys about a year ago, and have made some such good friends with the PRIMAS! its really nice to have so many people from different backgrounds learning muay thai together!!! Feels like a second family to me already ☺️🥊
Top class gym, unreal equipment and so good for all levels, tried the beginners classes and got inspired seeing some of the top athletes here. The coaches Harry and Bern were so welcoming and know how to get the best of you whilst making it fun. Deffo coming back for some more.

Modern, clean and well rounded Muay Thai gym. All coachinginstructors friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and experience. Membership fairly priced, plenty of classes would highly recommend. 10/10
