My 10 yo son and I have been taking for almost a year. They have a variety of classes and times available. It’s a great place to be whether you’re training to be a fighter or just want a fun way to stay in shape.

Letting my kids join is one of the best decisions I’ve made for their well being. My daughter has bipolar disorder and my son is borderline autistic and these classes have helped them tremendously. They have great coaches who are very knowledgeable and genuinely care for the kids. I highly recommend to anyone looking to keep their child busy and improve their social skills!

2 and half years ago i join primal. And still one the best decision iv ever made in life. Along with the skills and knowledge iv gained as a martial artists. It changed my way of living and how I look at life. The kindness and welcoming feel of the place is what home feels like. Primal will accept you as family at day one! 💯

It completely changed my lifestyle for the better! The place is amazing and it’s about to get a whole lot better! Great coaching staff! They have all the tools to help you improve! And the best of all they will make you feel like a big family from the very start. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Awesome classes taught by Dustin DiPumu and Kaleb Harris. They genuinely care about their students. Amazing gym atmosphere and training partners, it honestly feels like a family. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn Jiu Jitsu/MMA or to just get in better shape.

This place is super friendly and has a family orientated vibe! Whether you are looking for an extra hobby, to lose weight and get great cardio or to compete competitively in mma or bjj it’s the place to be!! Especially when you are being trained by the best fighters and coaches in the south!! You come in hesitant and leave confident!!! Don’t let the nerves and fear keep you from coming!! Some of the greatest people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. They treat you like family and look out for you. An amazing place to learn to defend yourself and get in shape at the same time while also having fun. I’ve learned so much under Kaleb Harris and Dustin Dipuma already and can’t wait to continue to learn.

I'm really enjoying the classes but whats the best part is the people and how they care for their students its a very family vibe . They are amazing with kids too . They also take time with each person to make sure that you are understanding every move to the point . I really recommend anyone interested in taking classes this has been the best place I have been to yet. Thanks guys for letting me become part of the gym 💪!
