As someone who's never been in a fight in my life, I was nervous to go into the building. I filled out the online form and THEY texted ME. They answered all my questions at every stage of my first week. The coaches are clear and thorough. I thought I was going to hate it, but I found a fun new way to keep fit!

Impeccably clean, greeted at the door by Floyd and got to watch Becks give a lesson to the kids. The thing that sets this place apart from places I have visited is the attention to detail on each move. Learned the basic Americana to technical mount and learned details I have never seen in my two years of training. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated like a member even though I was a one time visitor… they even lent me a Gi. The students that showed up were great to train and roll with.

Dropped in for a few classes while in the area for work. Jarrett and rest of the folks there were very welcoming and Jarrett is a great instructor. Picked up some nice details on Americana entry from side control and an escape sequence from kesa gatame.

One would say entering this gym is like being born into a family. You have the days where you become frustrated with a technique, but your training partners and coaches will help you overcome the bout. Always a great workout along with learning some top notch self defense!! 100/10 recommend!
