Friends referred me to Black Sails and I’m so happy they did. The owner and instructors are awesome. They get to know each student’s skill level so they can teach at the right level for everyone and so when it’s time for drilling or sparring they can pair people up who will challenge each other safely. They are skilled teachers, and always put safety first. I’ve trained at many other gyms over the years where I’ve gotten injuries so I appreciate having really good training here without feeling like I’m going to get mangled lol In addition the gym is a great space and it’s CLEAN. Love it!

Great place to train wether you are wanting to compete or just get in shape. they treat you like family and offer multiple classes including kids, yoga,wellness and fitness, and of course kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu taught by actual pro fighters all in all a great environment to be in
