  Best place around to learn Jiu-jitsu. The instructor is very qualified. There are adult classes and children classes. Training can be 3 days in the week but this is flexible. Highly recommend

  We have moved to Golden GAA. Facilities are excellent and the committee have been amazing in helping us settle into this fantastic venue.
