The best Gym in all of Portsmouth to learn proper boxing in this gym you don’t just learn boxing you gain confidence in your self and your abilities the community and brotherhood is something else your coaches and your training partners are there for you whenever you need . This gym is the best because everyone is ready to push each other to preform better and that quality mixed with brotherhood makes this gym a amazing experience everyone should have at least once.
Great Boxing club. Good for all ages and abilities. With an approach for those that want to compete, those that want to get/keep fit and those that want to build confidence. Roger, Danny and those that help coach are really friendly and welcoming. 🥊🥊🥊
Fantastic environment with fantastic coaches, you’ll be sure to learn a lot from Roger and Danny

Started the new year wanting to get fit and im so glad i choose golden gloves . Great atmosphere and Roger and Dan push each session to ensure you get the most out of it . £3 a session is an absolute bargain for what i get out of it. Absolute must to anyone who wants to get fit . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
A fantastic place to get fit, everyone is very welcoming and it’s a great community. Everyone is willing to give advice and we all cheer each other on. I love the fact it’s pay as you go unlike traditional gyms so you never feel terrible if life gets in the way and you cannot turn up.
