After contacting hero for the want to learn self defence and help get in better shape I can say I’ve never had such an amazing experience. The classes and conducted with a friendly relaxed but professional manner and I also now have help with nutrition so I can honestly say this amazing couple have given me a whole new perspective and lease of life. I’d recommend to anyone wanting to make a difference

I joined Hero around 18 months ago as a 39 year old dad being able to train with my 8 year old daughter was great. I started with the family classes in Gosport with Mr Heart who is an excellent teacher. My daughter has grown in confidence and her general attitude towards everything has improved. I’ve now moved to Hero Adult kickboxing in Portsmouth with Ian and Dannii. They are both very committed and a great team. I will continue to go along for the foreseeable. HERO has helped me mentally and physically I look forward to going every week. The classes are all friendly with no pressure to advance (it’s your choice to go for grading) we have complete beginners to black belts in the class. If you’re looking for the right class’s for you Hero is the one you need. Thanks to John,Ian and Dannii P.s see you tonight 💪

This is a superb martial arts school. My 2 grandsons attend every week and they love it. They are 11 and 9 years of age. The coaches are excellent and really give all the kids 100% in teaching them. I've noticed the boys have grown in confidence since going. They both got their yellow belts recently and I'm so proud of them. If you're looking for somewhere for your kids then Hero Martial arts schools are the place.

My little boys experience at Hero Martial Arts is nothing but positive. Mr Hart is inclusive, supportive, a wealth of knowledge and brings a brilliant energy to every single class. I initially enrolled my 3 year old for confidence but this class has given him so much more, at such a young age and because of Mr Harts guidance and enthusiasm he’s already found a passion, which I’m positive he will continue with for many years to come.

We've been part of the Hero Martial Arts family for over a year now, and we absolutely love it. The sense of community is amazing. Everyone is so supportive of each other, and it's a really welcoming atmosphere. The training is excellent, and the instructors are top-notch. I highly recommend booking in a trial lesson!
