  Great instructors and such a wide range of classes available. Classes are varied and although you can get a sweat on, everyone always has a smile on their faces. Will always recommend Phoenix SMA.

  Very enjoyable. Something we do as a family. Love the classes, fitness and new friends we have all made. Would highly recommend the class at whatever your fitness as you learn at your correct level whilst having fun at the same time.

  I used to be a member of the ITA and gave this up around 6 years ago. I have now been a member of Phoenix SMA for around a year and found it good value for money a great and very friendly crowd some old faces and a lot of new ones too.Classes as many as you want to go for all ages.
