This gym is such a rare find, both coaches in Grappling and Muay Thai are very dedicated to making their students improve. The drills are legit, they are not giving you bad habits and they actually emphasize on drilling realistic scenarios.

Phoenix MMA has been home away from home for my son to learn, train, and experience Jui Jitsu. He has gained much more than simply learning the art. Confidence in personal abilities, camaraderie amongst his peers, strength/agility and so much more has increased since joining. Coaches Cory/Kevin and others are personally committed to safety and progression and I am overly grateful!

Trained at multiple schools in my life, taught by some very high profile teachers. I have to say, Phoenix MMA really takes the cake. They dive deep into reinforcing the taught techniques, along with the next evolution in the technique. All with a great environment and fellow students of all levels. Cory is great and constantly helping everyone improve. Great group of guys here to train with. Definitely recommend.

Embarking on my martial arts journey at Phoenix MMA seven years ago was a decision that changed my life in ways I never imagined. Unlike conventional gyms, Phoenix MMA isn't just a place to learn techniques—it's a tight-knit community that feels like family, where growth extends beyond physical prowess to encompass mental fortitude and personal development. Under the mentorship of Head Coach Cory I've progressed from a complete novice to proudly holding a purple belt and competing in numerous competitions. But the true essence of Phoenix MMA lies in its holistic approach to training, which emphasizes not only self-defense skills but also mental resilience and discipline. What sets Phoenix MMA apart is its commitment to nurturing both the body and the mind. Through rigorous training and unwavering support, I've not only honed my skills but also discovered newfound confidence and inner strength. The journey from fear to empowerment has been transformative, and I credit Phoenix MMA for guiding me every step of the way. Today, as I see my own children thriving in the same supportive environment, I'm reminded of the profound impact Phoenix MMA has had on my life. Watching them learn not just the art of combat but also valuable life lessons fills me with pride and gratitude. For anyone seeking more than just a gym—for those who crave a community where they can grow, learn, and belong—Phoenix MMA is the ultimate destination. Whether you're a beginner taking your first steps or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your skills, Phoenix MMA welcomes you with open arms, ready to ignite your passion and help you rise to new heights.

My time at Pheonix MMA and Fitness has been beneficial for me, both physically and especially mentally. The instructors are patient and do an excellent job explaining/demonstrating techniques. The adult BJJ classes are appropriate for all ages and skill levels, and the gym culture is very welcoming. At Phoenix MMA and Fitness, it feels like a family. They also offer children's classes, which my 5 year old nephew attended. The kids also seem to be learning a lot and having a great time.
