I can't speak highly enough about my time at Perennial Brazilian Jiujitsu, my first jiu-jitsu gym experience. Under the guidance of our magnificent instructor, I progressed from a white belt to a purple belt. His expertise is unparalleled, as he's not only an incredibly decorated competitor but also an exceptional teacher. What sets this gym apart is the personalized instruction and the genuine care our instructor shows for each student. He takes the time to understand individual body limitations (I was age 50 when I started training) and tailors his teachings accordingly, ensuring that everyone grasps the essence of jiujitsu while respecting their physical boundaries. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you'll find yourself welcomed and supported by both the instructor and fellow students. Although I've moved on for personal reasons, I'll always cherish the lessons learned and the memories created at Perennial. Posted 1 year agoGreat gym! Dennis (the owner) and other instructors do a great job with the overall athletic programs and classes that they offer. And coach Gilson is one of the best in the country at Jiu Jitsu. Awesome place.
Posted 1 year agoProfessor Gilson has been an incredible teacher, competitor and gym owner for many years now. I can’t speak highly enough about him and his instruction. Always given of his time and knowledge. Couldn’t recommend Perennial BJJ enough.

The atmosphere is incredible, with a united community dedicated to self-improvement. No egos here – just a supportive group of hardworking individuals across all experience levels. Highly recommend this gym for its unique culture and genuine camaraderie.
