  I’ve been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi) here for over two years and still genuinely enjoy every session. The club offers a great mix of beginner and advanced gi classes, along with regular no-gi sessions throughout the week, so there’s something for everyone no matter your experience level. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and create a really positive learning environment, and the team itself is welcoming and encouraging to all members. Facilities are well maintained, with separate changing areas for men and women, and the mats are cleaned after every session, which is reassuring. It’s also great to see the club continuing to grow, they’re currently expanding the matted area to accommodate the increasing number of members, which says a lot about the quality of the place.

  I joined Panta Rhei in November 2024. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and respectful, making it a great environment to train in. Rob is a brilliant instructor—his explanations are clear and easy to follow, and he is always happy to answer questions if you need extra help. Hygiene standards are also excellent, with the mats cleaned after every session. Highly recommended for all ages and skill levels!

  Brilliant gym, with a warm welcoming and encouraging environment! This was my first time in a grappling gym and my introduction to the sport of Jujitsu and the team here have really helped support me all the way and after only a few months I feel part of the team! Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough ☺️

  I’ve been training here on and off for many years, and I’ve always had a genuinely positive experience. Every time I come back, I’m reminded why I started in the first place. The level of coaching is excellent, with clear instruction that caters to both beginners and more experienced grapplers, and there’s always something new to learn. What really stands out, though, is the atmosphere. It’s a friendly, welcoming environment where everyone supports each other’s progress. Whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time or preparing for competition, you’re made to feel part of the team. The vibe is consistently good — focused when it needs to be, but always respectful and encouraging. It’s rare to find a place that balances high-level training with such a positive culture. I’d highly recommend this school to anyone looking to start or continue their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey.

  I recently had the pleasure of training at Panta Rhei BJJ while I was away for work, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As someone who regularly trains back home at Ty Grapple, I always look for a gym that feels welcoming, has solid instruction, and keeps the training atmosphere technical yet friendly—and Panta Rhei ticked every box. The coaches were outstanding—clear, knowledgeable, and approachable. They took the time to help me settle in and made sure I got solid rounds in without feeling like an outsider. The students were equally welcoming, and there was a great mix of technical drilling and live rolling. The level was high, but ego-free, which made it a perfect place to learn and push myself. If you’re passing through the area or looking for a new place to train, I highly recommend dropping into Panta Rhei. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular practitioner like me, you’ll walk away having improved and feeling part of the team.   I recently started attending the fundamentals class at Panta Rhei and I love it. It's always quite daunting going to new jiu-jitsu schools, particularly as a female but I had nothing to worry about as the instructors and other students have been so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

  I can't recommend Panta Rhei BJJ enough! Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I definitely don’t regret it. The members are all incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming and supportive community that makes training enjoyable for everyone. Simon, Rob, and all the coaches are outstanding—they cover a wide range of techniques, and no matter what level you're at, they’re always willing to take the time to help you improve. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find great guidance and a fantastic group of people here.

  Amazing place to learn and train. I started training 3 months ago and everyone made me feel so welcome! I would certainly recommend this academy for anyone looking to study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and get fit. Professor Rob is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. 5 Star Academy!
