  Armi is a great instructor and the classes are always fun. He's patient and informative and I always leave the class feeling accomplished. It's a great way to de-stress and get your fitness levels up and everyone is so supportive. Highly recommend giving it a go!

  I dont know where to start... well I only started my ladies class as a laugh and to get me out of the house (working from home) turns out I really enjoy it Armi makes you work and makes it so enjoyable and found I do have time to give back to myself...Armi is a great teachers and he has also been teaching my son just a little under 2 yrs now and he loves his sessions with Armi... this man puts in the time and effort into his students and you can see it pays off... would recommend Armi to anyone that want to give it ago or even to anyone with children it's a great thing to get them into... my son as is on the spectrum so finding something for him to focus on was a challenge... Armi brought the ninja out of him and he loves every min of it...

  G Force, especially Armi and Dec are great trainers. Both my daughter and myself have been members since early 2023 and love it. Not only does it physically help but mentally too - cant recommend G Force Coundon enough!

  Armi is passionate about his role as an instructor and always motivates you and trains you in a way that you enjoy learning new techniques. I look forward to going to the classes as I can see the progress I've made in the past year. Totally recommend him if anyone is interested in learning kickboxing 👌

  I've been training with Armi for 6 months, and it's been fantastic. He's an excellent instructor. I'm a classic couch potato with the fitness level to match. But Armi is supportive and hilarious. Most importantly, I've never felt uncomfortable or self-conscious. I can't recommend these sessions enough. Also, kicking things is wonderfully therapeutic!!

  I have been training with Armi for over a year and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far. He really focuses on perfecting your technique, very patient and really easy to talk to. He genuinely cares for his students which is rare, I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking to start training with Armi as their instructor.

  I have been training with Armi for a few months now and I highly recommend starting training with him. Sessions are always fun and helpful, the atmosphere is great and there is no such thing as a stupid question! Armi is also great with kids, with my little sister referring to him as "the funny one". Highly recommend for all ages and all abilities.
