  If you are looking for self defense in a hurry, sorry to let you down but that doesn't come easy. I went here 25 years ago and stayed 7 years. Leaving was sad but I was just learning the efficacy of the curriculum being taught. Second nature reflexes and attacks just seem to happen after being schooled and when you put work into your workout. Twenty five years later and suffering from intractible pain for 20 years, back surgery and an idle lifestyle brought me back to Pak's. Great environment, great workout and good people. Not like "Master Sato" in Karate Kid, that's not realistic. Just a great workout with good people...

  My son just recently started going to Pak's Academy. This is our 4th week, and I have been nothing but impressed with his classes. My son is only 4, and we mainly signed him up for the discipline, but he's actually catching on even faster than we had anticipated. His instructor Dan is so great with all of the little's and I would highly recommend them to anyone. BONUS: Instructor Dan has even been to my sons daycare facility when he is having a " rough" or "bad" day at school to help keep him in line. We are all trying our best at this thing called parenting, but it's so NICE to have them behind us, just trying to help mold our little's into RESPECTFUL humans.

  I take my daughter to paks academy, it will be a year now in September and she loves it. I love the dedication they have with the kids always pushing them to do better.
