I've been going to this gym for over a month and have already lost over 20 lbs. The owner and team are fantastic-friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. Even if you're new to boxing or kickboxing, they'll teach you everything you need to know. The coaches are incredibly helpful and dedicated. It's truly an awesome place to work out!

I went in today for some shin guards . I called in, and one of the coaches answered and informed that they carry fairtex guards and gloves down to the model type and price . Very good price and awesome service . I don't train there, but when I walked in the a class was going as well as the gym had others running and conditioning . Seems like a solid place to train muaythai

They have transparent pricing now, $199/month. Large facility, but classes do get crowded. Despite what the sign says there's no MMA, kickboxing, nor Yoga classes. BJJ: The BJJ coach Joe is a blackbelt and all around amazing person. Joe gets 5 stars in my book. He puts in time on and off the mats, welcomes new students. He gets to know everyone and you just get sense that he really cares. Whatever he gets paid, he deserves a big raise. Muay Thai: For the high prices we pay we should get more personal attention, but the classes are very crowded so that's expected I guess. People go to the classes for months and their form still stinks because nobody ever corrects it. Boxing: The classes are great but the sparring is a mess. I personally know two people who got concussions recently from the boxing sparring.

Hands down, best Muay Thai gym in the Bay Area. I highly recommend you check it out. I've been going for over 3 years now and have learned a tremendous amount from the Muay Thai and boxing classes. They are beginner friendly and have great advanced classes as well.
