I’ve been training here and I can honestly say the classes are fantastic. They’ve made such a positive difference in my life — I’ve grown so much, not just in skill but also in confidence, discipline, and overall well-being. What really makes this gym special is the people. I’ve built such a special connection with both my training partners and the coaches. Everyone is supportive, respectful, and welcoming, creating a real sense of community. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and always there to help you improve, no matter your level.

One Mission MMA is the best martial arts gym I’ve trained at in Reading! Classes cover BJJ, kickboxing, Wrestling and MMA. A community based environment with high level coaching! I’ve been training here myself for the last 6 months and my children are in the teens and kids program as well and they love it!

Hands down the best gym I’ve trained at. I joined One Mission last August and it’s been amazing for me. I’ve dropped 15kg and the team helped me get completely prepared for my last fight. I've got my next one coming up this Saturday, and I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner. The level of coaching is insane. Big thanks to Hamza for BJJ, and Ubaid and Sheehan for MMA/Striking. I also want to give a shout-out to all the other coaches, the ones whose classes I can't always get to, you can tell the whole staff is top level and really puts the effort in. Beyond the training, the atmosphere is what makes it. My training partners are amazing, everyone supports each other, and we all genuinely look out for one another. Can't rate One Mission highly enough!

I’ve been training at One Mission MMA for a while now and it’s been an incredible experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and push you to your limits — whether you’re training for competition or just trying to get in shape. The atmosphere is welcoming and all egos are left outside the gym. Classes are structured, intense and full of practical techniques. Everyone from beginners to advanced fighters get the attention they need. It’s more than a gym—it’s a community that breeds discipline, strength and growth. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about martial arts.
