  This is an outstanding martial arts club! While they primarily focus on Kickboxing, they also offer training in various other martial arts styles. My 13-year-old son absolutely loves it here. He especially enjoys the sparring sessions and participating in different competitions. This club offers a fantastic opportunity to learn lifelong skills. Come join us—it's a skill for life!

  Exceptional Martial Arts and Fitness Training at Nemesis Martial and Fitness. I am delighted to share my family's experience with Nemesis Martial and Fitness, where my son, wife, and daughter have been attending since last summer. This place has truly been a game-changer for us, providing exceptional martial arts training, fostering personal growth, and surrounding us all with positive role models and friendship. First and foremost, I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the progress my son has made since joining Nemesis. Not only has he won British and World Titles, but for me, more importantly he has also grown in confidence, developed leadership skills, and improved his overall fitness considerably. The dedicated instructors headed up by Sensei Peter Felix and Sensei Matt Church along with the supportive community of parents at Nemesis have played a significant role in pushing him to become a better version of himself every day. The training sessions are challenging yet rewarding, and each and every Black Belt instructor go above and beyond to ensure each student reaches their full potential. My daughter has also found inspiration and motivation at Nemesis. With aspirations to join the fight team one day to emulate her older brother, she is surrounded by numerous positive role models who exemplify discipline, kindness, and sportsmanship. The inclusive and encouraging environment has instilled in her a sense of belonging, ambition and a drive to excel in martial arts that I know will set her up for life. The instructors and fellow students have become like an extended family (I see them more than my own family :-), providing guidance and support as she pursues her own goals. Thank you, Nemesis Martial and Fitness, for creating an environment where our family can thrive and continuously strive for excellence.

  Peter and his team go above and beyond not only to teach high quality martial arts but also actively encourage the children who attend their classes to be kind, respectful and to lookout for those around them in and outside of the class. The focus of Nemesis is very much that you are part of a family and the atmosphere is so positive and nurturing.

  My 9 and 12 year old train with Nemesis and their fitness levels and confidence have increased at an amazing pace. They both love attending the classes that require a strong work ethic and work hard to become strong members of the team. My children are developing a strong winning mentality with my son in particular aspiring to compete and become a winner. This is all due to the efforts of the Nemesis staff who work tirelessly to develop the skills of the parents and the children.

  My children have been attending Nemesis for over 13 years now. They have learned so many skills, confidence, resilience and much more. They have grown into well rounded adults now, helping pass on there knowledge to the next students. Within this time at Nemesis my son has become a world champion, European and British champion. Nemesis has been the best place we could of sent them to learn, fitness, self defence. Nemesis is not just a martial arts club but a community with family values. Thanks Nemesis team you are great

  My son has been attending Nemisis for almost 10 years. Pete has trained him very well and I am really proud of what my son has become. Not only physically strong but also a better person.very disciplined. The 6 to 8 hours of grading exams shows Pete's commitment to better martial artists and not a belt factory. The number of hours of training and personal attention available at Nemesis is worth every penny spent. Will always recommend Nemesis to anyone who wants overall growth.
