  My husband and I wanted to join a gym where we could work out together and we’ve been doing kickboxing and strength training since July. The classes are fun and we’ve both lost weight and gained strength since we started. Great coaches and a nice group of people for workouts.

  Great place! Feels like a family, instructors all know their stuff, and everyone will motivate, encourage, and help you to reach your goals. Been a member for nine months now and have attended jiu jitsu, kickboxing, and strength and conditioning classes and have no regrets and absoulutly love it. Don't feel intimidated at all because like I said earlier everyone wants to see you succeed and very willing to help. I would recommend Impact Zone to anyone looking to learn to defend themselves or just trying to get into better shape.

  If you're looking for a new and challenging work out, look no further. Each day there is a new workout written on the board, complete with a warm up and cool down, it's all spelled out for you. All the moves can be modified to meet anyones fitness level, so don't be intimiated! Some days you're using dumbells and other days it's bodyweight exercises. Are you not familiar with using dumbells/weights? The instructors are there to show you proper form to insure you're getting the most effective, and safest workout. The workouts will challenge your body, and if you stick with it, you will see results! I can't stress enough to not let it intimidate you, stop in and check the place out you won't regret it.

  Great training facility. Knowledgeable Brazilian Jui Jitsu instruction from a experienced and knowledgeable instructor. Also offers kickboxing, strength & conditioning, and kids classes. Something for everyone. Only place to learn BJJ in White county.

  Wonderful people who encourage you to never give up. Coaches are very helpful and always have a moment to answer questions. I would recommend this for anyone of any age. Their kids class is a perfect balance of discipline, fitness and games to keep all the kids attention towards the days lesson.

  You will find no other place like Impact Zone. As a member for over six months, I can verify that Coach Reyes keeps the name of this facility in mind everyday. Making in impact is what he has done and continues to do all of the time. Not only has Impact Zone changed my life by giving me unfound confidence, knowledge, and self-defense skills to aid me in my future law enforcement career, but it has given me another family. We all help and look out for eachother, and in this day and age it is hard to find something like that. Being a part of the Impact Zone family means a great deal to me. I have nothing but kind words to say for all it has done. Stronger everyday👊

  I couldn't be happier with Impact Zone. I'm one of those people that avoided the gym because I didn't know how to use the equipment, and even if I did, I wouldn't know the different workouts I should do. Impact Zone changed that for me by providing a personal trainer-like experience. Daily workouts are posted and the owner will teach you how to do them himself. They've helped me with both fitness and nutrition and I honestly feel great thanks to them. I also LOVE all the different classes offered. As a smaller lady, I feel much safer now that I have self defense knowledge! These guys are like family, and I would never go anywhere else!

  Awesome place! Very knowledgable and helpful instructors in all aspects... From jiu Jitsu and kickboxing to health and fitness, they know their stuff. Family friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on being part of "The Team". I took my son in to try the kids Jiu Jitsu and not only was he instantly hooked but so was I. We signed up and both have been attending regular classes. Full membership gets you full access to the gym in Monticello and Lafayette including as many classes as you can attend i.e. Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, yoga, strength and conditioning and they are constantly adding more. Coach Mario Reyes is an excellent instructor and personal trainer as is Matt Land. Both are really good with the kids and extremely approachable down to earth guys. Couldn't be happier with our decision to become part of the Impact Zone Family! We now have both of our children in the Children's Jiu Jitsu classes! They absolutely love the classes. They get just the right amount of self defense instruction and excercise paired with games to keep them engaged. Keep up the good work, gentlemen!
