  Good atmosphere, coach is funny and knows what hes talking about, I like how he carries on with teaching techniques in the next lesson, competitive but friendly peers, very cheap for bjj, bit small sometimes though. Also Dawid is a very cool guy 😎

  Great coaching, club and atmosphere. I have been coached by Rich for many years from a beginner all the way up to my current level. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn jiu-jitsu.

  Had my first ever lesson on Saturday and was very impressed. Having never done anything like this before I was quite nervous however, felt comfortable straight away. No egos or an uncomfortable atmosphere. Very friendly. I learnt so much in just one lesson and had an amazing workout. Would definitely recommend this place. Cannot wait for my next lesson!

  This is an excellent place to train whether you are just starting out or experienced in BJJ. It has the OldSkool element of the original Gracie BJJ. Rich is an excellent coach and has a vast knowledge in both GI and NoGI and has a proven track record of coaching winners

  Deggie is an amazing jiu jitsu instructor who's able to ensure every session is informative, practical and fun. Diggie has been able to create an amazing atmosphere and build great relationships between all members of the club.  Would definitely recommend.
