First time working out in years - I was intimidated and apprehensive but Kim made me feel at ease and go at my pace. Others in the class also help to encourage you. Kickboxing classes make for a good workout that is not overwhelming for this newbie. Look forward to doing some self defense classes down the road. Appreciate what they do!

We have tried my 6 year old in many different sports with many different organizations and this is the first time he’s actually wanted to come to practice and didn’t fight me to go. It has built my 12 year olds self confidence tremendously. They both love sparing. And they get to do it together in the same class which saves a lot of time for me.

Over the years, I have had several gym memberships, taken several classes, and had 1:1 personal training, but never have I felt welcome or learned as much as I have here. From my first session three years ago until now, I still look forward to my training sessions with Kim. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Posted 1 year agoGreat place to learn and train. My son has been coming here for about a month and he loves it. Coaches are knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Totally worth it.
Posted 1 year agoI’ve been here since August 2024 and I love it. The entire team is so nice and I don’t ever feel judgment for my skill level. I recommend it for anyone looking to get into MMA!
