  Traveled to Greensboro for work and dropped in to train for a couple of days. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. Safe training environment with great people. Thank you for letting me get some rolls in.

  I trained at this school for 3 years, and was in the best shape of my life at 50 years old. All my kids have trained there, and two of my 4 still do. Not only do you get physically in shape, you do mentally as well. You will learn life saving skills, and meet people from all walks of life. Many of them you will become friends with. I highly recommend Greensboro Jiu jitsu for anyone looking to improve their life in many ways. I could go on about so many other positive attributes of training Jiu jitsu, but go find out for yourself. Do remember, anything worth having can be a struggle, and there will be challenges, but the rewards will be life changing. Also, Herman the owner is a really great person, and instructor. 🤙

  Dropped in during vacation and was treated extremely professionally! Herman is an excellent coach and so much fun to roll with! Highly recommend!

  I took a judo class here while traveling in town, the instructors and the community is very welcoming, I learned a lot, everyone is very friendly. Will be back here next time when I’m in Greensboro. 😊

  My kids and I have been training at this school for a little over two years. The coaches are knowledgeable, seasoned competitors and run a gym that promotes personal growth no matter what your level of fitness. You will not find another Jiu-Jitsu school in the the Greensboro area with this level of commitment to its students. Everyone has been very welcoming to me and my children. If you have ever wanted to learn a martial art, no matter your age, I encourage you to check out this school.
