This is a great gym. Tim, the owner, is very professional, knowledgeable, and all around a fun guy to learn from. In just 2 hours he’d already improved my bjj game. This place doesn’t just have a good owner, the guys and gals who train there are very welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to do bjj.

Posted 1 year agoMy boyfriend and I came down here from Richmond, trying to get some rounds in at open mat before our competition the next day, the guys were so welcoming! Great energy, nice space, definitely gonna come back and visit. Thank you for training with us!
